Heleen is a member of the Schönberg Ensemble, Asko Ensemble, Nieuw Ensemble, Remix Porto, Wendingen en l`Archibudelli. She set up the chamber music group, Nieuw Amsterdams Peil in 2005 with Gerard Bouwhuis.
